Sunday afternoon we spent some time in the Kurpark in the nearby village of Bad Krozingen. It wasn’t what we had planned, but we ran into some neighbors on the bus who convinced us it would be worth the visit. It was.
The park is more than 40 hectares, a mix of cultured and wild with playgrounds, a couple of miniature golf courses, gardens, a lake, a band shell, picnic and eating areas. There was no way we could experience it all in the few hours we had, but it was a delightful place to spend a sunny afternoon.
Today, just a couple of flower peacocks that are in front of the cultural centre. I remember taking more pictures than show on my phone, but I guess memory fails me in the sunlight.
