I didn’t open the email. The header was “easy solution to stop stubborn snoring.” My immediate thought was: decapitation. I doubt that was the solution being offered, but it does work.

I noticed this notice by the pool (actually it is a splash pad) next to my local library. I’m sure the area was open last summer, so I guess keeping information current isn’t a priority for the City of Ottawa.
