I don’t drink the stuff, which I know makes me a member of a small minority. I love the aroma, but I’m not that keen on the taste, and I don’t usually drink hot drinks.

Some of my friends though are coffee connoisseurs. We meet in coffee shops and I watch them indulge. Coffee is a social drink.

In our society we rely on it for energy (caffeine is such an addictive drug). Many of us don’t feel right before our morning jolt.

So today let’s celebrate the brown beverage so beloved by coffee drinkers. Somebody out there likes the stuff, even if I don’t.
