Looking through the pictures I took at the Giza pyramids, I realize that I didn’t take any of camels with the pyramids in the background. Who knows what I was thinking. It would have been an iconic shot.
In my defence, I wasn’t there to see camels. I wanted to see the pyramids, and that is what I focused on. I was experiencing, not thinking.
Any pictures I took of camels were unplanned, an incidental part of the experience. So today, a photo essay of those incidentals.
