Old Is An Understatement

I would call this a restaurant review – but I haven’t tasted the food. Didn’t even order any.

Shortly after we arrived in Germany in 2017 a friend took us on a whirlwind tour of the area, stopping in a number of villages to see the sights. One of those was the Adler Restaurantin Hinterzarten.IMG_1434

It looked like a nice place to eat, but we were on a schedule and haven’t been back, though it is on my list of places to revisit. After all, a place that’s been in operation since 1466 must have great food or it would have gone out of business long ago.
