View From The Top

I realized yesterday when I republished my post on The Atomium that I hadn’t shown the view from inside the structure. I remember in 2014 thinking I should do that, and thinking also it didn’t make much sense because I didn’t know what any of the buildings in the pictures were. That’s because I rarely consult a guidebook on my first visit anywhere. I presume anything close by is related to the 1958 World’s Fair – but those buildings could conceivably all been replaced since then.

Given that I have no idea when or if I will ever be in Brussels again, I figure I might as well share these with you today, even without captions. At least they give you an idea of what you’ll see outside should you pay the admission fee to go inside.
