As I write this, today’s post has been “saving” for about half an hour. Except it isn’t really, I don’t think. It’s lost somewhere in cyberspace.

Maybe it will show up. If it does, I know there’s a typo. I was about to fix it once I had saved what I had so far, and then push publish.

I thought about recreating it, but i don’t want to take the risk of two more or less identical posts showing up on the same day. So I’m posting this explanation, with a link to the reader survey that you haven’t filled out yet. This post is short, which means you have time to answer a couple of questions.

I’d blame Friday for the computer glitch, but those can happen any day. Of more concern is that the post raised some issues surrounding artificial intelligence. You don’t suppose that those various AI bots that seem to be running the internet these days interfered with the post?

Does that make me sound paranoid?
