With yesterday being Labour Day (or Labor Day depending on where you live) today means back to work after a long weekend for many people. To me that sounds very appealing – for some reason I booked a dentist visit for 8 a.m.

Given that it is emotionally Monday. some humor seems in order for those who are not happy about going back to work. Once again I visited my favorite t-shirt shop for inspiration.

I already have enough t-shirts, so I will not be buying any of these. Plus, my wife doesn’t think my sense of humor is appropriate. She wouldn’t be caught in my presence if I was wearing any of these.

Truthfully, I wouldn’t wear most of them either, even if I do find the slogans amusing. Most of them denigrate the reader, and that really isn’t the message I want to project.

The exception perhaps is the last two. They poke fun at the wearer perhaps more than the person reading them.

I still don’t need any new t-shirts though. At least I got a smile out of these ones. I hope you did too.
