I didn’t get a good picture – maybe that was my subconscious speaking. The first bite was great, but by the end of the slice I wasn’t interested in more.

Yes, those are French fries. With melted cheese curds. And gravy replacing tomato sauce. A poutine pizza.

I had this creation while on vacation in Maine last month. I suppose it makes sense that I would find a poutine pizza there, though looking online I see it has been tried in Canada.

Hawaiian pizza is, after all, a Canadian invention – and pineapples don’t grow here. Many people don’t like that one either.
