I was in too much of a rush to eat and didn’t get a good picture, but this was what I had at Poutinefest Thursday. I had originally planned to buy a Thai poutine, probably with beef and peppers, though the sprig roll version was also appealing.
Then I saw this one. A combination I had never thought of before, and more expensive than I would normally spend for lunch.
I’m curious as to whether anyone can figure out what type of poutine this is. Yes there are french fries, cheese curds and gravy, but what else do you see Put your guess in the comments. (My family knows, so I expect they will let others have a say.)
I’ll give you one hint, if you are so inclined to use a search engine: This is an award -winning poutine from a previous Poutinefest – though it may not have been a winner in Ottawa.
The comments section is open for you guesses.

I’m stumped!
